No I didn't use the 4K at all I just synced to the Blu Ray.

Shameless plug: I've made 'slideshow' videos for the 3 Criterion Bond commentaries.

Video versions just immediately get flagged and blocked by Youtube, so I resorted to making a slideshow of screengrabs and overlaying the LD audio track on top.
