I'll probably go with the Rutracker for the steel factory, the more yellow one, as it fits better my recollection of the screening I attended (very much yellow with a bit of orange in it). Of course, it could vary depending on the shots.

The Sarah 6 month review will be tricky to decide: the photograph I got here, taken during a screening, shows a barely greenish grey wall behind Silberman and a very natural look. The scans I collected all show different interpretations of that scene.

Also, the end of the steel factory is bluer on the photograph, and the Rutracker is the bluer and less orangy red one:

Of course, the photographs probably are not entirely reliable when shooting a projection screen, but the other photographed moments look quite right and consistent with the scans. We have the blue future war with pink lasers, we have the dusk grading in the chase and in the alley after the chase, we have the rather pale face of Arnie putting the glasses on with a very blue pavement:

My 3 best scans will be the "Super 35", the Rutracker and the 1080p SDR rendering of the old HDRish 2160p release which also show a rather cold grading in the streets between Sarah's review and the Galleria, so that's 2 in favor of a cold grading there, just like the 2017 remaster. It seems the L.A. warmth is absent at that moment of the day. That 1080p scan might be useful to decide which one to lean towards when there's a discrepancy between the Rutracker and the "Super 35".

I have this scan in the top right corner where you can see Arnold with the shotgun. It reminds me the old vhs pictures. I never saw T2 in theatre, only in vhs, LD and dvds. I am therefore more accustomed to this scan even i think faces are too orange. It was very interesting when Zoidbefg argued on that 70 mm scan. I don't have much hope for next T2 scan being released in theaters soon.

Here's for the street scene between the 6 month review and the Galleria :

Rutracker rather warm / Super 35 rather cold green.

Rob's much warmer / old 1080p rather cold blue.

2017 remaster, rather cold green.

Rutracker / Super 35.

Rob's / old 1080p.

It could be one of the scenes where the 2017 3D remaster was not too wrong... It's another head-scratcher 'cause it seems to be the only moment of that day, assuming the Super-35 was not tampered with, when we don't feel the Southern California warmth outside. The morning felt warmer and sunny and, of course, the chase approaching dusk time. Since it's not in real time, we don't know for how long John and his pal were in the Galleria before they were found.
