Now Prometheus received high-quality hybrids based on Amazon OM, which in turn was extremely imperfect and required a lot of effort to complete the projects.
The hybrid is obtained by combining Blu-Ray and Open Matte source using AutoOverlay AviSynth plugin. Thank you Yaut for the work you have done. Thanks to random.next for help in the work.
The first hybrid is based on the Open Matte source with BD stacked on top, the second hybrid has a similar offset procedure, only the full frame cropped places were replaced with BD scenes of which 128 scenes were released with a total duration of 9 min 37 sec

As i was in middle of re-watching the alien series. I found out on wikipedia that only selected theaters had full 1.90 : 1 ratio because i vividly remember watching it in 2.39 : 1 in local theater,
