Top Gun LD audio

Have a new source (STARZ AMZN CA) for you to replace the German Titles and Subs of AMZN De Open Matte(which still has highest quality and bit-rate overall). Better quality than Mex iTunes for those inserts. There is just one slight split second digital glitch (in both VBR & CBR encode) during "Indian Ocean. Present Day." sub which the Mex will need to be used for them frames.

Been having a rough go of it for a few days. Lost more then one HDD. Three actually. I was able to mitigate the loss of two of them but the third was a major blow resulting in few projects gone missing. That includes what I had done with Top Gun so far. Glad to get some new material to work with if I have to start over. Thanks again.

Saw a webdl from Bluebird yesterday, im not sure if its the CAN Web DL.
By the way, i saw TG Maverick on an IMAX screen and i did really enjoy it!

No, the bluebird one is just an old compressed version of the full DE Amzn Open source I gave to PDB for his original Open Matte project, ignore it.

Is it good quality? Can you capture it?

Of all the channels in my streaming lineup, the Paramount network is one of the worst quality-wise. The compression is so bad that there is no grain left. That may not be the case for everyone, so it was worth mentioning. It's also nice to know that the open matte master hasn't been completely buried yet.

Paramount version is very poor on their tv channel, and their streaming version is not open matte. No source better than AMZN De at moment followed by STARTZ CA and then Mex iTunes.
