Hi everyone, my name is Christopher.
I'm a longtime fan of rewatching classic films in different formats, with a particular interest in audio.
There's something I'm always chasing, that special feeling I remember from seeing these movies in theaters as a kid, both in picture and sound.
Modern releases don't always capture it, and I find myself drawn to versions that try to preserve or restore that original experience.
I joined this forum to follow the conversations, learn from people who clearly know far more than I do about restoration work, and get access to projects I've been curious about.
Maybe one day I'll have the knowledge and confidence to contribute a project of my own.
