[Released] Ghostbusters & Ghostbusters II - 1999 DVD 5.1 Tracks synced to 4K Master(s)

This is a project I've had on the back burner for a while but I've been able to complete recently. It's pretty common knowledge (i think) that the first DVD releases of the Ghostbusters films contained 5.1 tracks that were re-purposings of the films original Dolby Stereo mixes now in discrete 5.1 format. I have acquired copies of these DVDs and synced the 5.1 tracks up to each films' respective 4K master, these should work on just about any release of them (the Mastered in 4K BDs, 2016 UHD, DoVi UHD). Available in 16-bit 48kHz FLAC 5.1, for all forum members new and old

Notes about Ghostbusters II: I sadly was only able to obtain a dupe DVD of this one where the English 5.1 track was reduced to 384kbps instead of the full 448kbps, if anyone here has a full bitrate copy of this track I'll gladly resync. I checked the DD 5.1 Backup track on the UHD and while it did have mono surrounds, After further A/B testing I found that it was just a downmix of the Dolby Atmos track due to the SFXs being synced differently than the Stereo track (also thank Bobby Brown since "On Our Own" was also mixed differently on the Atmos). I was also planning on syncing the Laserdisc stereo but one of the sides of the capture I had was off-balanced, the track only sounded slightly better than the UHD stereo anyways.

I personally have it labeled as the 70mm Six-Track mix as it's basically the same as what would've been heard (a lot Six-Track Mixes were just discrete renderings of the Dolby Stereo mixes heard in 35mm). No idea about Ghostbusters II as I couldn't find any 70mm screening info for it but considering it was 1989 I doubt it had any blow up screenings.

Have you considered using eac3 for editing ac3 tracks?

It's a bit more work, but in cases where it's feasible to use I think it's worth it.

I've considered it for space saving but if I'm already converting it and syncing in a DAW/NLE I'd rather just export it from there, It also makes it easier to patch things from other source or in the case of Six-Track mixes make the duped surrounds true mono. Plus if anyone wants to do alternate mixes or extract things from the channels they'd already have a pre-converted usable version of the track. I do want to experiment with eac3to syncing one day however.
