I'm not interested in this part, although I was offered a DCP studio video in a private circle, and it had an Open Matte version. I declined due to its large size, although that connection has now been lost. Panic Room was also in DCP Open Matte. And True Lies was definitely in DCP Open Matte, although they didn't even show me screenshots, only saying it was like the third transfer that was once shown on the IVI service in Russia.

The one I found fitting your description, only weighs 2.7 GB with video stream encoded in AV1 @ 3059 kbps and English Dolby 5.1 @ 448 kbps, by VITOENCODES.
And it seems it's been savagely degrained, making it look like plastic:
