I DID!!! To make this clear, I think it's f***ing stupid that YOU said that it looks like his 1080i capture is "Heavily DNR'ed" because this just proves that you have no idea what you are talking about. You are confusing terms. Digital Noise Reduction is a filter that can be applied to any video, and yes the result can end up looking like a slightly out-of-focus image OR a smeared image OR slightly blurry (all of this depends on how much the filter is used, but this is NOT done during captures like this and is a POST-production thing done by STUDIOS and not people in THIS community that are all about preserving the highest, rawest, most UN-tampered, best quality video AND audio. WHAT YOU ACTUALLY SEE HERE IS COMPRESSION ARTIFACTS CAUSED BY THE CABLE COMPANIES RE-ENCODING THEIR STREAMS USING EXTREMELY LOW BITRATES (I have seen as low as 4000kbps on some 1080i streams for the video and 5.1 384kbps AC3 audio) This is NOT DNR, but low bitrate "damage" due to the extreme COMPRESSION that is occurring. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE you make such comments.

Assuming that the LD audio could be synced relatively easily, would there be any benefit or is the audio available now decent enough? Does anyone here have this?

Hmmm, it's funny because I always thought that I understand the English language, but maybe I was wrong and I do not understand what "bashing" means? Hmmm... no, I don't think that's it
I was NOT the only person that saw this, but I WAS the ONLY ONE that decided to SAY something about it.
I do NOT have "problems with attitude" or "like bashing" which you can easily verify YOURSELF by looking through the 1200+ posts I have made here, which will show that I am a pretty laid back person, that tries to help out when possible. The ONLY time I have "appeared" to be unfriendly is when dealing with rude people. So far, I believe that you are the second person within the last year that I've had to be "uncool" with. BUT, maybe I'm wrong and I should just let people be rude because... hmmm... yeah, that ain't gonna happen either.

Hmmm... The 14.5GB 720p BATV copy I already have... a proper 1080i TS that will hopefully, eventually surface somewhere and getting that will not be a problem (I'm a member of numerous private-sites and have usenet access)... The JPN LD is not something I would watch when an HD copy (even if it were just the 720p) is available and if the audio from that surfaces, I'm sure that I will have access to that as well (might even be the one to do the syncing work, if needed)... oh, maybe a "hybrid" cut that uses the official Bluray footage, respliced to match this EPIC, with SuperResolution upscaling of the "unique" footage (overlayed with real 35mm film grain to make the transitions less obvious from source to source) from the 720p capture??? If a project like that is released, I'll have access to that as well.
So, again, what film will I never watch??
"Everyone else" here does NOT need LUCK, because they already know that what you really need is some mutual respect, which is why EVEN when there ARE DISAGREEMENTS, things are still kept CIVIL

I'm registered here two week ago. And I choose to bashing him over OT, after I make here topic and send PM to him to show how I bashing him here and try to make plot against him.
