blutopia: keep visiting it once a day, as it happens quite often to get open registration day. AFAIK, there are some websites that gives away invites, so maybe you can try one of them if you don't want to wait. Should add that probably I'll release the new version into another place, so keep following the thread.
Back on topic: I made a comparison between the untouched BD (25mbps) and a rip (9mbps) and they are almost identical, and grain is all there. Following my own tests, 16mbps is the right bitrate for a 1.78:1 24fps video, so for a 2.40:1, 12mbps should suffice... hence, I'm trying 13.5mbps (always average, of course, spikes could go up to 40mbps) to get a BD-25, quite sure it will hold all the grain in the light shots, which would use higher bitrate, and dark shots would not need that bitrate... we'll see, it would be ready in few hours.

I think it's a bit crappy that I am unable to download your edit because a website is being used thats private.
I just wanna watch your edit dude. Guess I'll wait for your newer version, I tried finding a website that give away invites but search turned up nothing.

I am unsure as to why this attitude should be tolerated here. We are not a McDonalds or Burger King torrent site. Patience is a virtue but it is apparently not yours. You may be waiting longer than you think unless you change your approach. Just some solid advice for you anyways. Good luck on your journey.
